1. STEROIDS.CLICK accepts no responsibility for the usage of any of the products provided. The information on this website (or any sites linked from or to this site) is meant for general informational purposes only and is not intended to advocate or support the use of anabolic/androgenic steroids or other medications. By visiting our website and freely using the information and materials provided or when purchasing steroids from us, you agree not to bring any claims against STEROIDS.CLICK as a company, nor its officers or directors, for any damages incurred in any way, known or unknown, expected or unforeseen.
2. We do not encourage nor recommend trying, or trying to acquire obtaining anabolic steroids or other banned substances. STEROIDS.CLICK cannot be held liable for the activities of our customers or anyone who independently access the content on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

3. Delivery time varies by destination. For most countries (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia) it is 5–12 business days. For South Africa — 8–17 business days.
4. Standard shipping to Germany, Canada, and Australia takes up to 12–15 working days. Express shipping is not currently offered in these regions to maximize delivery success.
5. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by national holidays, postal service disruptions, or other events outside our control.
6. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or additional charges from the shipping service provider, or expenses incurred as a result of any delays in delivering the goods to you, unless the damages were caused by a mistake on our side or a lack of oversight.
7. We cannot be held liable for reshipping of packages that are not delivered owing to the customer’s fault (not being at home when the parcel is delivered or neglecting to pick up the items at the post office). Only items that have been confiscated by customs or have been damaged in transit are reshipped.
8. Once you have received, are in possession of, and have checked the products sent to your designated address, we no longer hold custody of the goods and have no further responsibility for missing or damaged items.
9. Our success rate in getting orders through Customs is 99% to the United States, 99.5% to Canada and Europe, and 97% to South Africa. We compensate 100% of the loss even if products are confiscated at customs (a minimal 1% risk based on our records over numerous years).

Liability

15. If the consumer provided incorrect shipping information, the order may not be delivered to the correct address or may be returned to the sender. STEROIDS.CLICK is not liable for order losses as a result of misdelivery, nor for any damages suffered as a result of such losses. The primary reason for this is that the goods are non-returnable due to the discreet delivery method we use.
