No, you do not require a prescription to order any of our products.

We do not have a limit on the amount of items you can order at once. Although, to ensure that large orders do not attract unwanted attention from authorities during transit, we may separate larger orders into smaller deliveries. Don’t worry though, we will not ask you to pay any additional shipping fees in this case.

After you have placed your order, and before we are able to process it, you have the option to pay via several different methods. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, money transfers (like PayPal or MoneyGram), or cryptocurrencies (like Bitcoin) as methods of payment. If you would prefer to pay via a different method, please contact our customer service team to see if it is an option that we can accept.

You will receive a tracking code within 2-5 business days after placing your order. For orders that have not yet reached the US, or are being shipped to a different country, you can use Track-Trace.com to track the shipment. Once your order has successfully crossed the border into the US, you can track its whereabouts via USPS.com. (Please note that it may take several days for a tracking code to become active online)

If you notice that your order is incomplete, contains the wrong items or is damaged, please Contact Our Team straight away. To help us to understand what has caused the issue and how to resolve it as quickly as possible, please provide us with a photo or preferably a video of the items you received. We will either redeliver the items that are missing, partially refund you, or give you credit for your next order.
